HireAFishingGuide.com’s goal is to make sure that every dollar our members spend with our service results in a booked fishing trip.  We guarantee it!

Our Credit Policy

We realize and expect that not every lead we sell to you will result in a booking.   Our website is designed to easily request a credit to your account if you are unable to book a trip for any reason.  Credits are for the full amount of the purchased lead and can be used towards the purchase of future leads.

To Request A Credit:

• Login to your account and click on REVIEW MY PURCHASED LEADS.
• Click on the lead in question.
• Scroll to the bottom of the lead.  Enter the reason for the request in the box provided.
• Click on REQUEST CREDIT.

We will process the request within one business day and you will see it post to your account. We ask that you give each purchased lead a chance to become a booking.  It sometimes takes an angler a couple of days to respond to you or to make a decision after checking with others in their party.

Our Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for the purchase price of a lead after 90 days if you are unable to use your credits.   This refund policy gives our members the peace of mind that any money spent with HireAFishingGuide.com will result in a booked trip.  Simply contact us at info@hireafishingguide.com to request a refund.

HireAFishingGuide.com realizes that the profit margins in your business can be tough because of the high cost of your equipment, boats, fuel, advertising and other business expenses.  We want our service to work well for all of our members.  We are only concerned with getting results that help your business book more trips.  Please contact us if your business has special circumstances concerning a lead or a build up of credits.
